Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping is available on all equipment orders of $99 and over*.


Delivery in 24 to 48 hours for the cities of Quebec and Lévis (Contact us for details.) Delivery times may vary during the holiday season.

If the products are in stock at our store, they will usually be shipped the same day.


Print orders are sent via Canada Post, material orders via Purolator or GLS.


According to Purolator or Canada Post standards, delivery times are:

  • 48 to 72 business hours outside of Quebec City and Lévis.
  • 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination region in Canada
  • Deadlines may be extended during the holiday season


Email confirmation regularly informing you of the status of your order:

  • To confirm receipt of your order by Leclerc Camera.
  • To confirm that your order is shipped, in most cases on the same day, identifying the tracking number from Canada Post or Purolator, packages are sent with a signature request.
  • If we do not have the item in stock, we will keep you regularly informed about the status of your order.

Returns Policy

Exchanges will be accepted within ten (10) days of the purchase or delivery date. The equipment must be in its original condition, with the manufacturer's packaging and all items included in the purchase.


Leclerc Camera reserves the right to apply a 10% fee if the packaging or equipment is damaged or incomplete. The equipment must be checked and approved by a sales advisor for the return to be accepted.


No refunds, exchanges only, or credit applicable to a future purchase.
